Good day/night(depending on your timezone)
Hope everyone is well and in good spirits. I’m still in Nepal, having an amazing time. My apologies for not blogging it has been a busy and hectic six weeks, but I am now settled in my village and I shall blog about it real soon.
Since living in Nepal I have had to learn how to walk up long hills. It hasn’t always been easy but it’s been a great help to my fitness level. Like everything else around me, I decided to use the hills/ mountains as a motivational for my writing.
I hope as you read this blog, your able to look past the mountains that’s standing before you as you prepare to enter a new year. Happy reading!!!
There’s a mountain before you
One you feel you can never climb
You stare and gaze at it and wonder how and when you will get to the top
The distance frightens you
Grab hold of yourself, take a deep breath and make a step
I know the higher the mountain, the harder it is to climb
You feel like your running out of breath as you struggle to walk up the mountain
Your legs ache as you struggle to keep the pace
You exhale and wonder how far you will have to walk before you reach your destination
So many trees and obstacles before you
Don’t give up! You’ve already travelled a very long way to just give up now.

Life is not a competition of who will get there first, you have to walk at your own pace but don’t be lazy because time may not be on your side
With each step you take always remember your one step closer.
You may fall down on your way up
Don’t stay down
Pick yourself up and keep moving
Whether someone wants to help you or not
You are responsible for how high you want to go
Your only limitation is the one which you set up in your own mind.
Will you be guided by faith. Or will you allow fear to overtake you?
Your urge to continue has to be stronger than the desire to quit.
It won’t be easy but it will be worth it when you reach the top.
As always stay encouraged, the best is yet to come. Enter the new year with boldness and determination.
Love always
